Josh

Managing Director

An innovation and strategy expert with experience managing some of Europe's most loved brands. Josh is a lifelong tennis player (and coach) turned padel enthusiast, passionate about developing and growing sports communities.

Stephanie

Marketing & Communications

With experience at Fortune 500 tech companies and comms agencies, Stephanie is an expert in comms, marketing, sports brand partnerships, and sustainability initiatives. When off the clock, Stephanie is most likely found leaping around the padel court.

Elle

Inclusion & Accessibility

Elle brings a wealth of experience building inclusion and educational programmes, passionate about helping everyone reach their full potential. As the first female player of her rugby team, Elle is a natural boundary-pusher and leader.

Always the most keen to get out on court and chase down every ball. Still working on trying to hold the padel racket. Typically prefers walking meetings.
